Advanced Informatics & Analytics 

    (Bioinformatics, NGS/Omics data analysis, Systems biology)

創薬研究および開発に幅広くインフォマティクス技術を活用することを目的としたアドバンストインフォマティクス＆アナリティクスに所属し、以下の業務をおこなっていただきます。

また、国内／海外の社内創薬研究、技術研究者、開発プロジェクトメンバーのみならず、社外研究機関／研究者と連携し、業務をおこなっていただきます。

• バイオインフォマティクス解析全般（特にオミクスデータ活用やNGSデータ解析による創薬研究）

• 創薬研究における薬剤標的探索や疾患メカニズム解明、開発フェーズにおけるバイオマーカー探索

• 解析パイプライン構築や先端アルゴリズムの導入と活用

• データ解析方針を含む実験デザインの提案

• データ解析結果の適切な考察とそれに基づく解析依頼者への正確な説明

As a member of Advanced Informatics & Analytics, which aims to accelerate drug discovery research and development by widely utilizing informatics technology, a successful applicant will be responsible for the following tasks. In addition, the successful applicant will work in collaboration with not only in-house researchers but also with external research institutes/researchers.

• Conduct diverse types of bioinformatics data analysis, especially utilizing omics data and/or NGS data analysis for drug discovery research & development

• Drug target identification, elucidation of disease mechanisms, and biomarker identification based on bioinformatics analysis 

• Develop analysis pipeline, introduce and utilize state-of-the-art algorithms or informatics solutions

• Propose appropriate experimental designs including data analysis plan 

• Accurate interpretation of analysis results and appropriate explanation to partners based on them
