応募資格
【メディカルサイエンスリエゾン職】
・2028年3月までに、理系大学の博士課程卒業・修了もしくは卒業・修了見込みの方
・日本語でコミュニケーションが可能な方
【製剤研究職】
・2028年3月までに、理系大学の博士課程卒業・修了もしくは卒業・修了見込みの方
・英語による業務遂行のためのコミュニケーションが可能な方
【創薬研究職 共通】
・2028年度中に入社可能な方で、入社までに博士号を取得済み または取得見込みの方、もしくはポストドクター（博士研究員）2-3年目の方
・グローバルな環境で社内外の多様な背景を持つ研究者と英語でディスカッションできる、またはその意欲がある方

非臨床薬物動態研究に活かせる生命科学分野の専門性を有する方

・標的探索や薬効薬理研究、評価モデルの構築、バイオロジー（MoA）の深化に興味があり、創薬プログラムを提案する意欲のある方

選考方法
博士通年選考は複数ターム制で実施いたします。

・Graduation or completion, or expected graduation or completion, of a doctoral program at a university of science by March 2028. (overseas applicants welcome)

〈Pharmaceutical Research & Technology〉
・Graduation or completion, or expected graduation or completion, of a doctoral program at a university of science by March 2028.
〈Drug Discovery Research Common〉
・Individuals available to join the company within the 2028 fiscal year who have already obtained or are expected to obtain a doctoral degree by the time of joining, or who are in their 2nd or 3rd year as a postdoctoral researcher (doctoral researcher).
・The candidate must be able or willing to discuss in English with researchers from diverse backgrounds both internally and externally in a global environment.
〈Drug Discovery Research（DMPK Scientist・Modeling & Simulation）〉
・Candidates who have expertise in the field of life sciences that can be utilized in non-clinical pharmacokinetic research.
〈Drug Discovery Research（Non-clinical toxicologist）〉
・A person with expertise in life sciences applicable to nonclinical safety research
〈Drug Discovery Research（Biologics）〉
・Expertise in molecular biology, cell biology or protein engineering.
〈Drug Discovery Research（Non-clinical pharmacologist）〉
・Expertise in the life science field that can be applied to drug research
※After joining the company, regardless of your current area of expertise or technical background, you will spend 2–3 years acquiring knowledge and skills in drug discovery research across multiple biological pharmacology departments. Based on the principle of placing the right person in the right role, we plan to assign you to an appropriate specialty area.
〈Drug Discovery Research (Oncology Pharmacologist)〉
・Oncology researchers who are interested in target exploration, pharmacology research, developing assay models, deepening biology (mechanism of action: MoA), and are motivated to propose drug discovery programs.
〈Drug Discovery Research（Medicinal Chemist）〉
・Expertise in synthetic organic chemistry, drug discovery chemistry, and medicinal chemistry.
