応募資格

・2027年3月までに、理系大学の博士課程卒業・修了もしくは卒業・修了見込みの方
【製剤研究職】
・2027年3月までに、理系大学の博士課程卒業・修了もしくは卒業・修了見込みの方
・英語による業務遂行のためのコミュニケーションが可能な方
【創薬研究職 共通】
・2027年度中に入社可能な方で、入社までに博士号を取得済み、または取得見込みの方、もしくはポストドクター（博士研究員）のご経験が3年程度ある方
・グローバルな環境で社内外の多様な背景を持つ研究者と英語でディスカッションできる、またはその意欲がある方
【創薬研究職（in vitro アッセイ基盤開発）】
・細胞培養、タンパク質・遺伝子解析などの基礎的なバイオ実験スキルを有する方
・先端技術（オミックス／AI・オートメーション／多能性幹細胞iPSC・オルガノイドなど）を活用して自らデータを取得することに強い意欲のある方
【創薬研究職（in vitro研究）】
・MPS、オルガノイド、細胞生物学、発生生物学、メカノバイオロジーあるいは生物工学などの専門知識を有している方
【創薬研究職（免疫）】
・免疫学あるいは免疫関連の薬理学、毒性学などの専門知識を有している方
【創薬研究職（オンコロジー薬効薬理）】
・標的探索や薬効薬理研究、評価モデルの構築、バイオロジー（MoA）の深化に興味があり、創薬プログラムを提案する意欲のある方
【創薬研究職（メディシナルケミスト）】
・有機合成化学、創薬化学、薬品化学の専門知識を有している方
【創薬研究職（バイオロジクス エンジニアリング）】

Candidates who can join the company within the 2027 fiscal year and have already obtained or are expected to obtain a doctoral degree by the time of joining, or who have approximately 3 years of postdoctoral research experience.
The candidate must be able or willing to discuss in English with researchers from diverse backgrounds both internally and externally in a global environment.
〈Drug Discovery Research（Cell-based Assay Development）〉
・Candidates who possess fundamental wet-lab biological skills, including cell culture and protein/genetic analyses.
・Strong motivation to generate data hands-on by leveraging advanced technologies. (e.g., omics, AI/automation, induced pluripotent stem cells and organoids)
〈Drug Discovery Research（in vitro research）〉
・ Expertise in cell biology, developmental biology, mechanobiology or bioengineering such as MPS or Organoid.
〈Drug Discovery Research（Immunology）〉
・ Expertise in immunology and immuno-related pharmacology/ toxicology.
〈Drug Discovery Research（Oncology Pharmacologist）〉
・ Oncology researchers who are interested in target exploration, pharmacology research, developing assay models, deepening biology (mechanism of action: MoA), and are motivated to propose drug discovery programs.

・ Expertise in synthetic organic chemistry, drug discovery chemistry, and medicinal chemistry.
